Airtable transfers data to the United States of America. Their data centers are SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified. Airtable is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation. We are using Airtable services for managing applications that we receive over the website changemaker-challenge.com. Data is collected via the application form. For a better application management, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and phone number. Additionally, we ask for information such as your country, your organisation’s name and how you heard about the challenge for a better classification of your application. This data is transferred directly to Airtable, where we manage and review your applications. Applicant information and uploaded documents are exclusively viewed by the Lufthansa Innovation Hub. After the application process we will delete all of your personally identifiable information as well as your application documents.
Further, Airtable collects information automatically about how you use the services and your actions on the services, including IP addresses, what software and hardware you use (such as browser types, operating systems, ISPs, platform type, device type, mobile device identifiers such as make and model, mobile carrier) and other statistics related to your usage of the services.
